WHY ENVIRONMENT CAUSING DISASTER TO MAN

WHY ENVIRONMENT CAUSING DISASTER TO MAN

Since the early periods of human settlement on planet earth, man have being living with disaster (natural disaster). But man was ignorance of it. So natural disaster started to hit’s man, before man could know and say this is disaster. It has destroyed the environment.
In the 18th century, when man where enable to identify the natural disasters such as hurricane, earthquake, monsoon, typhoon, flood and tsunami. Man tried his best to reduce disaster from the environment. Up to date why environment still causing disaster to man, because some of the natural disasters happens when man was not expecting it. Even when man modifies the environment, the future of the environment was not put into concentration, but man just carry on with life. In the aspect of extraction of natural resource, after extraction man ignore the environment and carry on with enjoyment and put the future environment at risk. “Ogoni’s environments in Nigeria as a case study”.
In the advance of science and technology in the 20th century, alert was given to people living in disastrous locations to evacuate. That hasn’t stopped the environment not to caused disaster to us. Some of these disasters caused by the environment, it as a result of advance in science and technology. Example, man turns Ocean to land which can last for some years. But the environment will experience flood or tsunami one day, “Japan as a case study”. Man going to space, which caused crack to the ozone layer, makes climate change to occur. Making great explosive for wars, this destroyed our environment and makes our soil disastrous to health. Example, “World War II” which destroyed “Germany soil” and makes Germany to import drinking water up to date.
