Geographically in the past three decade, some Nigeria health care professionals emigrate to the developed world to work in the health institutions. Then the health sector of Nigeria faces some challenges. Presently in Nigeria some of the health care professionals are foreigners from India and China, some of them base in Lagos.
The expansions of primary health care facilities in the riverine areas are poor. Some rural areas in Nigeria lack access road to rush patient who has being giving first aid treatment in the primary health care centre or to the central hospital in town. Which the millennium development goal for health care is that to all primary health care centre there must be minor road that will be created to link to the major road, so that patient could reach central hospital on time.
