EDUCATION


Education is versatile, also is a tool of liberation from ignorance, poverty and disease. If you educate people, you give them the potential to improve themselves.

Building of institution, such as schools for higher learner’s, colleges, primary and secondary schools, standards education and literacy rates attracts people and brought in change in the environment of the rural inhabitants and change in social and economy growth. The developed countries such as Norway, Australia, Netherland, Germany and Ireland have standards of education and very good literacy rates but U.S.A education standards fall behind the rest of the world, according to the statistic of the United Nation’s Human Development Index (H D I) rank, 2012.

CONCLUSION

The ways to improve the environment of the rural inhabitants has been review in this article. The Government needs to develop the rural areas by creations of industries, infrastructure, make standards of living balance, child welfare, health care, economic welfare, educations and mechanize farming methods ( awareness need to be carryout for the people to have knowledge of it.). With all these the environment will be comfortable to live in.

HEALTH




Health is wealth, standard of hygiene and nutrition in an environment lead to good health. Poor environmental management and waste disposal, lead to spread of diseases like cholera, measles, yellow fever, influenza, typhoid, viral-conjunctivitis, spinal-meningitis and malaria etc.

Development activities, including industries and agriculture which may causes pollution to the environmental system and which may affect human health. Natural disaster such as floods, droughts and cyclones etc, may causes pollution to the environment. In the developed world the government spends in the health sector and expanse the primary health care facilities, and set up health-care indicators which include infant mortality rates, life expectancy etc. infant mortality rates is high in poor areas with poor medical attention and malnutrition; low in developed countries.

ECONOMIC CHANGE


 Environment which is connected with trades, industries and mechanizes farming is a source of revenue to a country. It improves human well-being and creates opportunities for people, including the less prevalent. The expansion of economic in our environment may lead to productive future for livelihood and give creation of jobs to more people. The different development that come up in different environment open the economy of a country and give sustainable growth, make different region of a country become great. Like in Germany, example the economics of Africa’s is more reliance on agriculture than any other region, although agriculture is a major employer of African total labour force.

AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION PROGRAMME AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT


 It is a programme organize by the government for the development of the rural environments, and the government joins hand together with the community leaders for the improvement of health, community welfare, their economics and social cultural conditions. These happen during the 18th century to the early 19th century, and it was employ in Nigeria at then. Now in Nigeria, the present democratic government put in community development committee (C.D.C) for the development of rural areas.

Agricultural extension and agro-service workers
The workers go to the rural areas to educate the farmers on the use of various farm machinery and implements for farming. These includes tractors, ploughs, harrows, cultivators, ridges, planters, harvesters, shellers, dryers, sprayers and incubators etc. These facilitate the rate at which farmers adopt newly recommended agricultural practices.
  
Extension Services
Extension services enable to adopt improved technical practices, develop skills, knowledge and attitude favourable to change farming methods. It enables them to benefit from research and technology, and its ultimate aim is to raise their efficiency and this achieves a higher level of living.
