Observers cards will allow appointees of the two candidates to monitor the voting process in polling centers around the Nation. Mr. Noor, said that if the candidates didn't choose to send their observers to the polling centers in June, their complaints regarding any fraud or irregularities would not be considered.
Meanwhile 5,500 people may be recruited to under take a public awareness campaign, said Noor by the commission due to the runoff election of June 2014.
The intention of the campaign is to Educate voters, update them and persuaded them to vote, both in the remote areas.
