AFGHAN- CITIZENS PROTEST AGAINST FRAUD IN RUNOFF ELECTION: KABUL

In Kabul, Citizens gathered together on Friday to protest against fraud in the second round Election. Protesters stressed that all Electoral complaints must be address by Electoral bodies.
An Activist, Shazim Sarwari, said "we demand from the Electoral bodies separate fake votes from the genuine one". The protesters announced that they will not leave their tents until the issue is addressed.
The IEC Spokesman Noor Mohammad Noor assured the people that the complaints that were filed will be investigated shortly. In the Runoff Election on Saturday a total of 2,558 complaints were filed with ECC.
According to officials, ECC is responsible for investigating cases of fraud in the Election process.
